Camp II has been a life changing experience for me, as Boot
Camp I was. I came to Colorado extremely depressed and in
an enormous amount of pain. Your program and the healing
power of all the women, my Goddess sisters, brought me back
to living. "I do not understand all the different ways
of healing, but I believe because I experienced it. I felt
the healing light come through me and the demons leave.
Knowing that there is healing power in each and every one
of us gives me hope and an appetite to learn more.

"I crawled out of the sweat lodge, stood up and took a deep breath. For the first time in my life I could literally "feel" the Warrior Goddess in me (the place where I go to protect myself from the cruel, corporate, male dominated world.) I stood tall. My shoulders back, my head held high…then I thought "EMPOWERMENT". I breathed it in. Then I started to laugh… What flashed through my mind where the multitude of Women's Empowerment seminars that I had gone to over the course of my career. "You've got to be frickin' kiddin' me…" I held my heart and I laughed again... "If those seminars were supposed to "empower me" then there are absolutely no words to describe what I've just been through". As I reflect on what was different about this experience versus the other seminars I'd attended, several thoughts come to mind…transformative - to the core – at a cellular level, it nourished my "authentic" me. The other seminars were geared to make me "fit" into the corporate world. Somehow I needed to change to fit a world that others had defined for me.
